Sea lion causes scare by dragging girl into water in Canada

A sea lion caused a scare after it dragged a young girl into a local river in Canada. 

The video, posted to YouTube, shows a sea lion bobbing up and down in the water with no obvious malice.

But when a young girl sits on the dock, the sea lion lunges up and grabs her, dragging her back into the water. 

A man leaps in after her to pull her out, and the girl is quickly ushered away from the dock.
