Six teenagers from Burundi in robotics competition go missing in the United States

The teenagers were resident in the US, on one-year visas

A group of teenagers from the African nation of Burundi have gone missing in Washington D.C. 

DC Police confirmed Audrey Mwamikazi, Don Ingabire, Aristide Irambona, Nice Munezero, Kevin Sabumukiza, and Richard Irakoze have not been seen since Tuesday.

The six were competing in the FIRST Global Challenge robotics competition, and are reported to have gone missing after the competition. 

The Burundians had residency rights in the United States, having been granted one-year visas.
