Suicide Squad's Joel Kinnaman (Rick Flag) and Jai Courtney (Captain Boomerang) joined The Two Mikes and revealed all about director David Ayer, lead star Will Smith, and how Joel earned the nickname 'Spoiler Alert'.
The film is based on the DC comic of the same name and follows the story of a bunch of supervillains coming together and plotting to defeat US intelligence officer Amanda Waller (Viola Davis). It's released in UK cinemas today (Friday).
"This one does differ from a lot of these big movies, a lot of these stunts are practical stunts," Kinnaman said.
"There was a while where all of a sudden everything was in CGI, and then when you see it you don't really feel it in the same way."
Courtney added that working with Ali and Pursuit of Happyness star Smith was a lesson in professionalism.
"If [Will Smith] is a minute late you'll see him running across the set to be on time," he said. "That just really sets the tone. Everybody wants to follow that example."
