Britney Spears' life will be reflected on in a new TV movie entitled Britney Ever After, however the singer herself has not given the film "her blessing."
Actress Natasha Bassett will play the star in the unauthorised film created by Lifetime, who also created a biopic about Whitney Houston.
They say the film will show: "the tumultuous story of pop icon Britney Spears’ rise to fame, fall from grace and eventual triumphant resurrection, firmly securing her position as one of the world’s greatest entertainers."
It features portrayals of her relationship with Justin Timberlake, her parent's divorce, her marriage to Kevin Federline and the custody battle over her sons.
However a representative for Spears has said that she "will not be contributing in any way…nor does it have her blessing."
Due to her stance, it is unlikely that the film will feature any of her music, The Sun reported, which makes the film sound a little strange.
Britney Ever After will be shown on American channel Lifetime on February 18.
