Labour's Emily Thornberry claims the Conservatives are so arrogant they can't even be bothered to cost their manifesto.

She made the statement during the SunTalks debate alongside the Conservatives' Boris Johnson, the Liberal Democrats' Vince Cable and UKIP's Patrick O'Flynn.

Thornberry stated: "When it comes to the Tory party manifesto, the only numbers in the manifesto are page numbers. They are so arrogant that they're not even prepared to put a costed manifesto in front of the British people.

"Our manifesto is costed and we have put it in front of the IFS and the Institute for Fiscal Studies has said it stands up."
