Police have named the third man responsible for Saturday's London Bridge terror attacks as Youssef Zaghba.
Zaghba had Moroccan-Italian nationality, according to police.
The Telegraph is reporting he was arrested as he tried to get to Syria in 2016, but was still able to subsequently enter the United Kingdom.
Italian media reports claim he was stopped in Bologna and was prevented from going any further east. His mother is reported to still live in Italy.
The two other attackers have been named as Moroccan-Libyan Rachid Redouane and Pakistan-born British citizen Khuram Butt.
Seven people died in the attack on London Bridge and Borough Market.
Three have been identified so far - Canadian Chrissy Archibald, British man James McMullan, and the third, just named, Australian citizen Kirsty Boden.
