A former Republicans Overseas worldwide vice president has claimed whist it was unwise for Donald Trump's campaign to meet with Russia, we've all made unwise decisions.

Trump's former advisor Carter Page has admitted meeting the Russian ambassador during the campaign, and it is now claimed the Trump team met Russian representatives a total of 18 times during this period.

The latest reports suggest Trump's son-in-law, Jared Kushner, is now a target of the FBI's Russia probe as speculation continues about the President's ties with the Kremlin.

But Halper-Hayes said she's willing to forgive mistakes like these, whilst others aren't.

She also claimed Donald Trump is not a target in the investigation and is just a focus, which means he's not under investigation.
