Police continue to search for two motorists believed to be involved in a suspected hit-and-run which saw a women hit by four vehicles almost simultaneously.
The 29-year-old from Wandsworth was hit by a lorry while on a pedestrian crossing in south London.
Another lorry and two more cars struck her at this point and police say none of the drivers stopped at the scene to give assistance.
Two of them have come forward to the authorities, but officers have released CCTV images of the other vehicle they are attempting to track down - a white lorry and a black car.
A post-mortem examination of the victim revealed the cause of death to be multiple injuries.
She is thought to be originally from Poland, and identification is to take place on Friday.
