TV comedian Shappi Khorsandi joined Paul Ross in the talkRADIO studio to discuss her brand-new book Nina Is Not OK.
The coming-of-age novel, which is released tomorrow (Thursday) explores the perils of social media and binge drinking as it tracks the life of 18-year-old Nina. It also, she assures listeners, features jokes.
The comedian, a regular on TV shows like Live At The Apollo and 8 Out Of 10 Cats also reflected on her own life as a young woman.

Shappi Khorsandi will be performing at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in August. Her nationwide tour, Oh My Country! From Morris Dancing to Morrissey, begins on September 14.
