Vladimir Putin has reportedly said he doesn't have bad days because he's "not a woman."

The Russian President is reported to have made the quote in an interview with filmmaker Oliver Stone while giving a tour of the Kremlin. 

Putin appeared to reference the female menstrual cycle as he elaborated on his point, saying there were "certain natural cycles."

Footage of this interview was released to the Bloomberg media company

In it, the Russian president also denied there were restrictions for members of the LGBT community in Russia, and refuted the suggestion his administration was pursuing a campaign against homosexuality.
