A leading journalist has revealed Vladimir Putin isn't planning for war by moving missles closer to Europe.
In response to NATO expansion in the Baltic states, the Russion president has stationed missles on the peninsula of Kaliningrad. Some of the missles are nuclear-tipped, with a range than includes one major European city - Berlin.
Robert Fox, the defence editor for the Evening Standard, revealed Putin's main goal is not war with this move - it's a "grandstanding" move in order to make gains within the Baltic states.
