Police in Wandsworth have released an image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with a serious sexual assault.

On Sunday, 27 August at about 19:00hrs, the victim, a female aged in her 40s, was at a residential address in Nightingale Lane, SW12.

She was approached by a man whilst she was in the property's garden who claimed to be visiting someone nearby. He struck up a conversation and asked if he could use the toilet at the property very quickly, police said.

The woman agreed. Once the suspect entered the property, he sexually assaulted her and stole a number of items, before leaving the address.

He is described as a white male, aged about 25 to 35 years old, with very short hair and a tattoo on his neck of the name 'Logan.'

The suspect is believed to have made off in the direction of Clapham.
