Thursday, July 21, 2016

With temperatures in the UK topping 30C over the last couple of days, people all over the country have been finding it hard to catch up on their beauty sleep.

And if all else fails, you could always move to Antarctica. On this day in 1983 the lowest temperature ever measured was recorded there, at -89.2C.

Listen above for Sammy's sage advice
