With temperatures in the UK topping 30C over the last couple of days, people all over the country have been finding it hard to catch up on their beauty sleep.
Although things have cooled a little, summer temperatures can still make it tough to drop off.
Always looking to help, Jonny Gould and Ash invited physio and sleep expert Sammy Margo to offer talkRADIO listeners some top tips on cooling down before bedtime.
Whether it's taking a warm (yes, warm) shower before hitting the sack, keeping a damp flannel by the bed or popping your sheets in the freezer, talkRADIO's got the helpful hints to keep you snoozing comfortably.
And if all else fails, you could always move to Antarctica. On this day in 1983 the lowest temperature ever measured was recorded there, at -89.2C.
Listen above for Sammy's sage advice
