A kitten in Russia had an amazing near-miss as it ran out into the middle of a busy road in Russia.
A video of the incident was posted online by Anastasia Gubaidulina, as she captured the moment on her dashboard camera.
The cat came very close to having its head squashed by the tyre of a car. In fact, in the video the wheel appears to make contact with the cat's head.
Thankfully a man spots the animal in danger and runs over to pick up the cat, which appears completely unharmed and seems very grateful as it climbs up its rescuer's body.
Another car then stops nearby and he hands the kitten over to the driver.
